We spend one-third of our lives sleeping, and we dream several times each night—whether we remember them or not. In this online presentation, author and dream expert Tzivia Gover offers information and practical guidance about sleep and dreams, using a mindful approach. Join us and learn a nurturing approach to sleep, that honors your need for rest and the wisdom and healing power of your dreams.


Tzivia Gover, the author of The Mindful Way to a Good Night’s Sleep, is a Certified Dreamwork Professional, and the Education Director for the Institute for Dream Studies. She is an active member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams and teaches about dreams, writing, and mindfulness domestically and abroad. Tzivia is the founder of 350 Dreamers, a global network of people who practice collective dreaming for global healing.
